Welcome to

Sunnybrooke is a diversified, family oriented community working in partnership with all 99 property owners to form an Association. The Association exists solely to preserve the appearance which compliments our natural surroundings and improve upon the aesthetics, property values and the livability of the community.

We are located at the Southwest corner of the Oakland Hills development in the City of Lawrence/Oaklandon, Indiana (USA) adjacent to Old Oakland Golf Course, a 27 hole professional course.  Located 15 minutes NE of Indianapolis, Sunnybrooke is close to schools (Lawrence Township School System), shopping (Castleton Square Mall, The Fashion Mall at Keystone Crossing & Hamilton Town Center), Fort Harrison State Park, and many other amenities.
